Tend My Lambs
(John 21:15)
Dear Lord
Praise, Honor, Glory, Majesty belongs to my Shepherd King!… may I always praise you for being all of these and more… more every day… as I sit with you and pour myself out to you… you pour your Holy Spirit of wisdom, comfort, power, healing into me… so that I may be the answer to other lambs that have lost their way… or are hurting… dirty… needy… poor… and have matted wool that needs combing.
Oh Lord! How can I do all these things? (Luke 10:40) It seems too much, so hard… so heavy to see their pain… all I have to do is sit at your feet daily… worshiping… you will meet the need (Luke 10:42). If you called me to wash them… You will provide the living water… You are the water… Christ in me… may I not be too rushed to give a cold cup… or bucket if needed.
If you called me to feed them… You will provide the food… you are the food… life giving Word of God… living and active in me… may I bury it deep in my heart and you will recall it at the perfect time. If you called me to shelter them from the storm.
You are my shelter… my Everlasting Rock and will keep us IN the storm… you are a shade from the heat… help me to keep your ways and commands because the name of the Lord is a strong tower, the righteous run INTO it and are safe (Prov 18:10)… Iwill not be afraid of the enemy… he is already defeated.
If you called me to comb their hair… You are Jehovah Jireh and will provide the time, the comb, and everything necessary to accomplish what you have ordained… all I need is you. You have it all and own it all. May I rest as your lamb… in your arms today… and seek first your Kingdom and ALL these things will be added to me to do what you have called me to do today.
May I not turn my eyes away from any of these little lambs of yours that you have brought to me this day… week… month… semester… or year. May my eyes be fixed on you Lord, the author and perfecter of my faith…
Thank you Lord, and I praise you that you desire first things first… you will give me my marching orders…with all provisions needed…..after I have fulfilled all of my sitting orders… daily.
Bless your Holy Name… and I pray these things in your mighty name… Jesus.

Dear Father,
I thank you and I praise you that you are able…..able to do anything, at anytime…and without my input! I thank you that you do
care about how I feel, what I want, and who I am. You are able at anytime, anywhere to call me home….but I am here still…today.

Have I Told Him Lately?
There is telling Him with words and telling Him with actions. Which do you do? I had to take a time out with writing around February 14th. Taking a look at what the world calls “love” and what the Lords says it is made me stop and pray. It has taken about 3months for the Lord to bring it forth from my heart. What do you say love is?
